As an early learning academy, we concentrate on cultivating social-emotional growth as well as early literacy and numeracy skills. Curriculum Overview
At Regent College School of Science, we strive to provide a diverse and comprehensive curriculum that includes engaging and enriching activities for all our students. Our goal is to equip them with the skills necessary to thrive in various social and cultural settings. Furthermore, we commence teaching science subjects to our students from JSS1 to ensure early exposure to important areas of study.
Computer Science
We prioritize the integration of emerging technologies into our curriculum, and as such, we teach robotics and programming to equip our students with in-demand skills for the future.
Biology
Given that our students are already engaged in biological and medical testing, we place equal emphasis on both practical and theoretical teaching.
Chemistry
As educators, we aim to cultivate in our students an appreciation for both theoretical and practical aspects of science by demonstrating the importance of chemistry within the field.
Physics
To foster an appreciation for the elegance of physics, we involve our students in science exhibitions where they can showcase their creations and accomplishments.
Languages
As part of our language curriculum, we provide in-depth instruction on English language, phonetics, and Igbo language as one of the Nigerian languages.
Mathematics
We provide a comprehensive education in mathematics as a fundamental tool for science, aiming to enhance analytical and scientific skills development.
